| Ye Xiangxun and six other members on the Superivision Committee panel dispatched to Sinochem Corporation by the State Assets Supervision and Administration Commission paid a visit to Jin Mao Group on April 4 to inspect Jin Mao's corporate management and performances of 2005, and had a meeting with Chairman of the board Wang Baochen, group president He Cao and other company leaders. President He Cao reported about the group business performance and corporate management of 2005--the key part of the report, plans for 2006 and 3-year planning till 2008.
