Shanghai Jin Mao Economic Development Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jin Mao Group. As a national second-grade real estate developer, it is mainly engaged in property and project development.

Our already finished project includes the Jin Mao Garden, a project affiliated to the Jin Mao Tower, with a total built-up area of 53,477.53 sq m, comprising two 25-storeyed high standard commercial & residential buildings.

The project also has a 3-storeyed podium building and a 2-storeyed underground garage. From 1998 to 2003, it was credited Shanghai Property Management Model Community. Part of the property is for accommodation of Jin Mao Group's domestic and overseas management. There is still some reserve that can be used for commercial and office use or residential apartment, and is available for lease.
