The building is located in the Lujiazui financial and trade development zone of Pudong New Area, by the Huangpu River, and has a total built-up area of 82,000 sq m.
It composes of a 180-m main building, a 3-storeyed podium building and a 3-storeyed basement.
The tower has a smooth protruding curve formed by squares and circles, and an exterior curtain wall made of stainless steel.
The building is developed by Hopson Development Holdings Limited. The world-renowned America Kohn Pederson Fox (KPF) Associates provided the plan and preliminary design.
As the building's design consultant, Jin Mao consultants took the project's early planning, design management and design consulting.

Wenzhou New Century Commercial Mansion
It is an intelligent office building located in Wenzhou Economic and Technology Development Zone, with a total built-up area of 112,000 sq m. The mansion composes of two adjacent highrises that are different in height and direction, a 3-storeyed podium building and a 3-storeyed basement.
The exterior employs sharp-cut geometrical shapes, making it a distinct landmark.
The mansion is developed by Wenzhou New Century Real Estate Development Co, and applied the plan and preliminary design of the famous Canadian Bregman + Hamann (B+H) Architects.
Jin Mao Consultants is responsible for the whole process of design and project management consultant at the construction phase.
