Lease requirements

• Minimum lease area: 150 sqm floor space
• Minimum rent period: 2 years
• Property management fee: RMB37.25 per sqm (floor space) /month (including air-conditioning and water fees)
• Parking rent: RMB1,500 per month for one car's place
• Telephone installation charge: RMB610/one line
• Payment: in US dollars or RMB on a monthly basis (3-month rent as deposit required)
• Basic delivery conditions: complete suspended ceiling, including light box for illumination, chimney, fire control sprayer, emergency broadcasting speakers and air-conditioning system. Coated walls and cement floors

Lease procedures:

• Payment of one month rent and deposit of management fee within two weeks after letter of intent for the lease.
• Sign the contract within one month after the letter of intent is signed and pay two months' rent and management fee as deposit, which will be returned after the lease term expires.
