Elevators: (Mitsubishi Elevator, Japan)
26 express elevators in five groups for the office section can guarantee that waiting for a ride takes no longer than 35 seconds even in rush hours, in accordance with the highest international standards.
Three sets of CRT remote monitoring systems can keep a close watch on operation of all elevators and command every elevator to complete all kinds of technical moves. The unique connection-in-the-air function (a normally operating elevator will approach to another one that breaks down in the air, and open its side door to let the trapped passengers get in, a process directed by the CRT system) will further ensure the riders' safety.

Power supply system: (Cegelec, France)
Four sets of 35 KV/6.3 KV France-made transformers with a capacity of 48,000 KVA. Two sets are enough for daily operation while the other two are for emergency substitution. They are completely sealed and automatic. The PLC computer controls two separate incoming power lines from the city grid, and there are three highly efficient 1,600-KW diesel-fueled generators for emergency supply, made by US-based Caterpillar Inc. Office section lighting (20VA/squ m) and power (30VA/squ m) apply the UK-based Thorn Lighting's anti-dazzle lights, which make the illumination above 450-500 LUX and meet VDT international standard.

Fire control system: (Switzerland, and Singapore-based WhoHup company)
The whole system composes of automatic fire alarm system, dry sprinkler system, deluge system, hydrant system, carbon dioxide, aqueous film forming foam and chemical fire extinguishing systems. It works with the positive pressure ventilation system, smoke extraction system, elevator automatic return function, emergency broadcasting and power supply systems to complete the life safety system.
The water supply system relies on the gravity of water tanks, which can ensure one-hour supply for fire extinguishing for every floor.
